1 Bedroom in shared East end apartment, all utilities included.

Rental available for $850 a month. The room itself is furnished with an armoire, a small bed, and large desk which are not pictured. There is a living room and dinning area which, along with the kitchen, are fully furnished and equipped.

The rental...
comes with free access to a gym, pool, squash courts, and indoor badminton/basketball courts, additionally there are also nearby outdoor tennis courts. Access to the subway is a 3-4 minute walk. Groceries, medical clinics, dentists, are also easily walkable. There is quite a lot of green space in the area and the beaches are only about 10 minutes by bike or car.

Currently it is myself (M34) and another tenant living here (F27), you would be renting the third room in the apartment. We are both friendly, clean, respectful of others, and looking for someone else who is reflects that. We no pets here, cats may be welcome if they don't smell or tear up furniture.

Feel free to email or text me (Lucas) about the listing if you have any questions or would like to see it.
