looking for a responsible, friendly roommate to share a cozy 1-bedroom apartment. The space is great for someone who is comfortable with sharing living areas but wants their own private sleeping area. The setup includes a shared kitchen, bathroom, and balcony with plenty of natural light and a relaxed vibe. My sleeping area will be set up in a semi-private area of the living/dining room.

PRICE: $850 + 50% internet, hydro and tenant insurance (approx. $100 per month)

About me: I’m a 33-year-old full-time student at UofT majoring in archaeology. My home is LGBTQIA2S+ and 420-friendly (on the balcony). My home is semi-pet friendly - I have a dog who is reactive with other dogs but coexists well with cats and other animals. I’m clean, and respectful, and prefer a low-key, friendly atmosphere at home. I'm looking for someone similar – ideally, you’re easy-going, and responsible when it comes to shared space. I’d love to find someone who values clear communication and mutual respect.
