1 Furnished Bedroom in a 3 Bedroom Apartment - Great Location!

I am looking for someone to sublet a super cute bedroom in a fully furnished three-bedroom-one-bathroom apartment for the Winter 2025 semester. There are two female undergraduate students living in the unit, and we are looking for a third roommate....

The kitchen has a four burner stove, oven and you are more than welcome to use the available appliances (toaster, blender, panini press, microwave etc). We have a dining table and armchairs in the living room.

The bedroom for rent comes with a full-sized bed with four drawers underneath for storage. The bedroom also comes with a large window, a desk, and a desk chair. There is a bedside table, a closet and mirrors that you are welcome to use. There is no laundry in the unit, but there is a washer and a dryer in the basement of the apartment building.

The location is super ideal for students and for walking around the city! The apartment is a 2 minute walk to the UofT bookstore, 8 minute walk to Robarts library, and 5 minutes to the Exam Center. It is also a minute's walk from a streetcar stop and a 7 minute walk to Queens Park subway station. We are also one minute from the corner of College and Spadina, making the location an extremely lively place to live.

The rent is $1467 + ~$30 each month for utilities and insurance.

Let me know if you're interested, and feel free to reach out with any questions!
