Hello. I am seeking a woman for a tenant who is quiet, self reliant and respectful. This unit is the 3rd floor attic studio of a Victorian house on Shaw St. This is a large space with a lot of privacy The studio has been furnished with a new bed,... bedding and towels, wardrobe unit and a new kitchenette fitted with a mini-fridge and a new microwave. Great for breakfast and snacks. It also has a desk, chairs, bistro tables and a portable heater for chilly days. There is a large walk out deck facing east that is still wonderful on a sunny winter afternoon. This room is accessed by a stairway from the 2nd Floor, where I live, with a lockable door. We will share the bathroom and kitchen on the 2nd Floor. Bathroom has a deep tub with a shower. Kitchen has a washer/dryer as well as a gas range and refrigerator. (There is no dishwasher, so be prepared to do dishes!) I'm a professional 50+ woman. I work from home regularly, so I would prefer someone who is also studying outside the house. Asking $1,200/mth. WiFI and all utilities included. No pets. No smoking. Available for occupancy on Jan 1 but flexible for the right fit. First and last months rent required + lease agreement. End date May 31.
