We are a mature, gay couple with a furnished room to rent in our 130 year old home. Centrally located in Riverdale our house is steps from the Pape 72 bus, the 506 Gerrard/Carlton streetcar and a 10 minute walk to the Pape subway station.
This... bright, basement room provides a private space to live and study with access to a shared, modern bathroom, laundry and light kitchen use.

"I stayed here for 3weeks.
They are so friendly and kind.
Mr. Matt was always take care of me and tried to make me feel I’m in my home and I felt it’s my home:)
This house was always clean and everything i needed was there.
There are Walmarts and grocery store nearby so you can easily get anything you need.
The room is basement but there has small window and it’s light basement.
I really slept well every night because the bed was comfortable.
The bus stop to Pape station is just a short walk away and the streetcar to downtown is also within walking distance.
There is a Withrow park, a delicious pizza restaurant, and my favorite cafe in the neighborhood so it has become one of my favorite areas.
It's close to downtown but it's a quiet residential area with lots of trees.
Unfortunately I had to leave a week earlier than planned because my work but I’ll stay there again!
