1 bed sublease

Hi, I am moving back home for the summer and I'm looking for someone to sublet my room. Me and my roommate are students and we are about a 30 min away from u of t walking. We are on the 506 line and near Ossington station. I am paying 1300$ for rent... but the price is negotiable. It will be available from the beginning of May until the end of August. We have a kitchen, a fully furnished living room and a fully furnished bedroom. Utilities are covered. I do also have two beds and mattresses if you have a partner or want to share the room. There is a desk, hanging shelves, and a closet. The room is 124 square feet. We have a washer and dryer. My roommate will continue to live here over the summer, he has his own room. He is an incredible dude and a great room mate.
