We are looking for a roommate who will fit in with our quiet, respectful household. The current roommates are two male fourth-year pharmacy students at UofT who are often busy with clinical rotations. It’s a friendly and relaxed atmosphere.

Respectful & Clean: You are courteous, tidy, and clean up after yourself in common areas. We all share responsibility to keep the apartment clean and comfortable.

Quiet Lifestyle: Ideal for someone who values a quiet environment. Great for focusing on studies or work.

No Smoking, No Pets: Non-smoking unit and unfortunately no pets allowed (lease rules).

Considerate: Willing to communicate and cooperate with roommates about guests, chores, and shared use of space. We all get along and respect each other’s schedules.
