Looking for a third roommate starting July 1st!
- Near Distillery District.
- Great neighborhood with lots of nice restaurants and shops nearby. Grocery store is about a 5-10 minute walk. Corner store at ground floor of our building. Overall a nice...
and fairly quiet part of Toronto.
- 30 minute subway ride to University of Toronto Campus.
- Building is quite new so it is very nice.
- Rent is $1300 per month and share of utilities/wifi is roughly $80 per month.
- Amenities include a nice gym, a Sauna, a working space and meeting rooms, an outdoor pool during the summer (along with a spacious shared deck area with BBQs and a community garden).
- Unit includes a small balcony, washer, dryer, dishwasher, fully furnished.
- Bedroom has a window with great natural light (it is a real bedroom, not a den)
- New tenant will be sharing a bathroom with one other person.
About current tenants: we are two University of Toronto students who are social as well as hard working. One of us is in industrial engineering and the other is in math and physics. We like to keep the house fairly tidy. We like to be respectful of each other and our boundaries as roommates. We're overall pretty chill people.
- In floorplan in the photos, the room to be rented out is the one which is the furthest to the right and across the hall from the bathroom.
