******
Accessibility Info
******
• The unit has many floor-ceiling windows and has excellent natural lighting, but the room itself does not have ceiling lights and the tenant will need to rely on lamps at night.
• The tenants cook frequently and the unit is not scent-free.
• The unit cannot accommodate any more animals.
• The building has mandatory quiet hours every day at 11:00 PM and security is responsive to noise complaints.
• The unit is not a sober environment.
• The fire alarms are audio only.
• The building is fully accessible with entrance ramps on both sides, multiple elevators and flat floors. However, the unit does not have any accessibility features; there's no door stopper and the washroom doesn't have any grab bars or space to put them.

Queer Safety
******
Located near Toronto's gay village, this is one of the best neighborhoods to be queer in Toronto. The current tenants are all queer and we are exclusively looking for queer roommates. We are firmly sex-positive!

About Us
******
Hey there! We're Giuseppe (he/they, 29, college administrator) and Mohit (he/him, 31, fashion designer) and we're two gay men working in Toronto. Our third roommate is moving out, so we're looking for a tenant to sign on for the last 4 months of his lease as well as the following 12 months (with the possibility of further renewal).
We live with my two lovely cats! I take care of them myself, and they are docile and clean girls. You are free to close your bedroom door and shut the cats out.
We are all friends in this apartment and we would be glad to have a social and supportive roommate. All people are welcome to apply, but we might get along best with fellow gay men around our age (both cis and trans folk are welcome).
Note: One wall of the available bedroom has been painted with a stylish black design. There are photos attached showing the room with and without it. We can paint over it if needed.
