1 bedroom with a private patio in a 4 bedroom house (Shared Housing)

The room is spacious and comes with a beautiful private patio, perfect for hanging out with friends. Total 4 bedrooms in the unit with one washroom. Current tenants are 2 students (UofT and George Brown), and one working professional. All of them are... great to live with and are always happy to help! I am a UofT graduate student and I am moving out with my family, so helping my landlord find a tenant.

The rent is 950$ including utilities! There is a washer in the unit which charges 4$ but the dryer is free. While moving in, you will also have to pay last month's rent. There are no other deposits or hidden charges! The room comes with a closet (see the pictures), but I might leave behind/sell a few things if you are interested.

The unit is 6 mins walk away from Bathurst subway station. There is a TTC bus stop literally in front of the house, perfect for a commute during the snowy days. Both Loblaws and Dollarama are within 12 mins walking distance. 2 Tangerine bike stations are in 6 mins walking distance from the house which is what I have been using since I moved here! UofT is 10 mins by bike ride or 25 mins by walk. Being close to Bloor street and Korea town, there will be a plethora of options for enjoying great food and entertainment.

Move in date can be anything between 16th of July and 1st of August, but 16th of July will be preferred. The rent will be prorated. The landlord is also super helpful in case of any issues. The room is on the top floor towards the back of the house, so you will not hear any noise from the street or other people in the house. I have lived in this unit for more than a year now, and I have had no complaints about the place :) I am pretty sure you will love the patio!
