1 Fully Furnished Bedroom in 1-Bedroom + Den Apartment Near Campus (Sublet / Shared Housing)

I'm looking to sublet the bedroom of a 1 bedroom + den apartment for the summer. The location of the building is very convenient for students, since it's close to campus. It would also be great for summer interns since there is an entrance to the... Spadina subway station (which provides access to lines 1 and 2) right in front of the building. There is also a Metro grocery store, a Shoppers, many restaurants, and some parks all very close by.

The unit was renovated recently, and contains a full kitchen (including stove, oven, microwave, toaster oven, fridge, and dishwasher). Laundry machines are available downstairs. As mentioned, the unit is a 1 bedroom + den. The den has been converted into my bedroom, and the actual bedroom (which comes fully furnished) would be yours. The listed price is your half of the total rent. This includes everything except electricity and internet (your half of which would be approximately $55, though it varies somewhat from month to month).

The term of the sublet will be for the summer only (start/end dates can be a little flexible), since my current roommate will be away for the summer, but will be back in the fall.

I'm usually quiet and prefer to keep things pretty clean. I'm fine with sharing most stuff including dishes, but I'd prefer to buy food separately. The desk in the living room is mine, since there isn't enough space in the den for a bed and a desk. Read More
