Hello everyone, we are three people (1 female, 2 males), looking for a roommate to rent one bedroom for the next 3 months. You would be sharing the apartment with one young professional (French School Employee), 2 UofT Ph.D. students, and a cat.
We are clean and easy-going. We enjoy cooking together, traveling, and discovering the city. Ideally looking for a mature student, who would be willing to take part in this small community.
The apartment is entirely furnished, located on the second and third floor of the house, and split as follows: 3rd-floor: quiet space with 2 bedrooms and a shared bathroom. 2nd floor: has a living/dining room, kitchen, third bedroom, and shared bathroom. The available bedroom is located on the 3rd floor and is entirely furnished. The apartment includes: fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, central heating, and one deck on each floor.
The room comes furnished with a bed, mattress, desk and chair, storage, and a walk-in closet.
