83-square-foot room on the 35th floor, fully furnished, one side of the room is glass looking out over the city westwards (insanely beautiful view).

adult female (my other roommates Mom!), both cool, kind, and welcoming.
Sublet must be very respectful of roommates and willing to clean up the common area after themselves.
Must be respectful of noise at agreed upon quiet hour.
One guest allowed at a time providing that they follow the same rules.
