Located in the beautifully-treed neighbourhoods of Mt. Pleasant and Davisville, this room is suitable for a professional working weekly in Toronto, a medical student or nurse, a full-time university (ESL) student, or an intern or working graduate... seeking a comfortable and clean room in my apartment home. I do not want a student or professional who works at home every day online. I am in a 3 storey walk-up apartment building. My apartment is beautiful, clean and comfortable. You would share the washroom and kitchen with me. I provide sheets, towels (please provide your own pillow and comforter). The laundry facility is on the same floor right beside this unit. All utilities and Wi-Fi are included in rental fee. The building is secure and welcoming, as is the garden just outside the unit.

The apartment is a 2-minute bus ride from Belle Ayre Blvd. to Davisville-Yonge Station, or a short pleasant walk to the same station. You are also a short bus ride from Davisville Station via Davisville to Bayview Ave. to Sunnybrook Hospital for those researching or practicing medicine.

I prefer long-term room rental at $950.00/month (short-term is less than 9 months at $1200/month). First and last month’s rent is required in advance to secure this room.
