I am looking for one (1) responsible and respectful roommate for a den/bedroom with a shared bathroom to start as early as September 1, 2025 for a 1 year lease. The rent is $1250 (does not include utilities and internet). I will be living in the unit... as well in the master bedroom (the room for rent is image #3). The unit is at The Lakeshore at 19 Bathurst Street. The condo was built in 2021 with luxurious finishes and hotel-like amenities. No couples, cigarette smokers (due to allergies) and no cats due to allergies please. Must be LGBTQ+ friendly.

The condo is located in the prime location of Cityplace, located at right at the new 50,000 Sf Loblaws Flagship Store, Shoppers Drug Mart, Joe Fresh, Lcbo And more in the same courtyard. Steps To Lakeshore, Harbourfront, public transit, Fort York Toronto Public Library, and the all new Canoe Landing Community Centre!

The area has an amazing panoramic and unobstructed view of the 8 acres Canoe Landing Park, Ontario lake view and stunning sunsets! It has a 82 walk score, 93 transit score, and 91 bike score.
