1 Private Bedroom near Osgoode Station

Hi everyone,

I am looking for a FEMALE roommate for a one-year lease starting May 1st, 2025 in a 2 bed, 1 bath condo near Queen Street W. The unit has floor-to-ceiling windows, a balcony with beautiful city views, and great natural light!
* Rent:...
$1500/month (includes heat and water)
* Utilities: Hydro and WiFi are split monthly

Room: The available room has large windows with great natural light and views of the city and a spacious closet space. My current roommate is moving out and is willing to sell some of her furniture for an extra cost if you’re interested!

Condo features: The condo has in-suite laundry, thermostat, and a dishwasher.

Building Amenities: 24/7 security, party room, bbq spaces, gym, storage locker, and more!

Location: The condo is in a prime location in Downtown Toronto, with just a 7 minute walk to Osgoode station. It’s walking distance to grocery stores like No Frills and City Market, plus essentials like Dollarama, Shopper’s Drug Mart, and LCBO are all nearby. It’s also very close to OCAD University, TMU, and UofT St. George!

You’ll be sharing the living space and bathroom with me, a 23-year-old working female at UTSC! I work from home, and I appreciate a clean and tidy space for myself and would love to live with someone who feels the same!

If you are interested, please message me, telling me a bit about yourself, and we can have a chat to get to know each other :)
