2 bedroom on Ossingtom Sublet (Sep-June)

Looking for responsible folks to rent out my 2-bedroom apartment from mid/late August or September to June while I will be away teaching at NYU. Dates are flexible and negotiable. It's an old house converted into two units. My place is a bright two... bedroom, mostly on the second/top floor, but with one room (which I use as an office/guest room) on the ground floor just as you enter the unit. The house is co-owned with other residents who have the rest of ground floor and basement. The units are separate, including separate entrances (theirs is in the back of the house). The front porch, yard and front door are mine. The other residents are a queer couple in their 40's. Very responsible, lovely and delightful people. We share utilities, internet, garbage and recycling duties.

The house will have basic furniture, but the things in closets/shelves/books/art, etc will be taken, so relatively empty. So some of the items in the pictures will not be there, but we can discuss what you need and don't and I can accommodate. For example, the downstairs room can easily be turned into a second bedroom or remain an office. I am starting a new job at NYU but hoping to still spend summers here. This is my first time doing this so I am flexible and open minded about what could work.

The place is ideal for a couple (with excellent private office space downstairs... so ideal for working from home). Being queer friendly and anti-racist is a must!
