2 Furnished Bedrooms with en-suite laundry, massive living room and patio in Annex Neighbourhood Apartments (Sublet)

The unit has two furnished rooms available for rent/subletting starting from May 1st to September 1st. The lease may be extended beyond this date. The rental price for the rooms are 1255.5$ per room. If the lease is extended, this amount might... increase, but the apartment is rent controlled, so it won't be a large amount. The furnishings include, but are not limited to: a bed, mattress, and a desk with chair. The furniture are also for sale. The two rooms share one bathroom, and the kitchen is shared by the entire unit. Alongside these rooms, there is a bigger master bedroom which will be occupied by two people. One of the rooms contains a washer/dryer combo. There is also a large living room, as well as a patio, which will not be furnished but people may bring their own stuff for it. There will be a bird, but it will be inside the master bedroom at all times. There is plenty of closet space in the rooms, as well as an additional coat closet for common use in the hallway.
