Rent is 1713$ + utilities which usually comes out to 1800$ per month (per bedroom). The apartment... is fully furnished with a fully functional kitchen and a spacious living room. It comes with a washing machine and dryer. For one of the rooms, there is an in suite bathroom and walk-in closet; for the other, there is a bathroom right next to it, plus direct access to the balcony (and a better view of the Toronto Skyline). Pets are allowed in the building and the building is smoke-free. There are many amenities such as a gym, sauna, yoga room, outdoor patios for barbecuing, a pool, an indoor theatre + study/lounging rooms. My roommate and I's ideal candidates for this apartment would be someone that is organized, clean and generally won't cause too much ruckus.
