3 Bedroom in the heart of downtown Toronto

The unit is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo. It is modern and fairly new, with great kitchen appliances and an in-unit washer and dryer. The shared living space is furnished with everything but a kitchen table, but it is open for discussion if the new... tenant wants to bring any of their stuff to replace the current furniture. The available bedroom is decently sized and has a great view of the CN Tower and some of the waterfront. It has a walk-in closet and a private bathroom. The monthly rent for the whole unit is $3900, the new tenant would pay $1400. The whole building is 42 floors. Included is a modern gym, games room, and top floor lounge with a patio. Security is good, with a 24-hour concierge, security cameras, and an intercom.
