The building provides access to laundry (paid separately), a cafeteria with many food options and considerations of dietary needs, and a wide range of amenities, including on-call maintenance, gyms, studios, lounges, study spaces, free high-speed internet, secure concierge with package arrival notification. There are also common kitchens available every even-numbered floors, including a fridge, stove, oven, and microwave.

Secure access and stay in the building, the suite and the room is guaranteed with security staff available 24/7.

CampusOne is located at 253 College St, right at the heart of the University of Toronto campus, close to restaurants, grocery stories, pharmacies, banks, public library, transit.
