A bedroom with a door, featuring an en-suite bathroom, walk-in closet, and bathtub. A male roommate.

Renting half of a condo, shared with a male roommate. Includes a fully private bedroom with a door, featuring an en-suite bathroom, walk-in closet, and bathtub. The shower room and kitchen are shared with the other roommate. In-unit washer and dryer... are also shared.

The condo building offers full amenities, including a swimming pool, gym, movie theater, and more. Professionally managed with excellent property services. No parking spot available.

Basically, I just need to rent it for the whole summer. It is a classical condo, fully furnished. Bed, table, coffee table, and storage rack.

You can contact me and check the room anytime. Price is flexible, I just need to rent it for the 4 months: May, June, July, and August. But you can check in since I leave on 22nd April. If you live alone and need a place near the university in the summer, for example, just checked out of the university residence, you may consider it. Have a nice one!
