A private bedroom will be available from July 1, 2025 in a (female-only) 3-bedroom, 1-bath townhouse apartment (main floor unit) in the Palmerston/ Little Italy neighborhood. Rent is ~$950/month, inclusive of utilities. Wi-Fi is shared among three... roommates, around $20/month per person. Coin-operated laundry is available in the basement. There's a backyard for summer gardening and a cozy front porch.

The location is right in Downtown Toronto, near Bathurst and College Street, with everything you need within walking distance:
