Affordable and Furnished room available starting May 1 (or even earlier) in our 3-bedroom townhouse in the Annex.

The house is conveniently located within a 5 minute walk from:
- U of T St. George Campus
- U of T Athletic center gym
- Metro and... T&T grocery stores
- Busses and TTC subway stations
- Several bookstores, restaurants, and coffee shops

The house features a kitchen, a bathroom, a patio, and a loft that we use as a living room. There's also an extra room that can serve as storage or a small office (see photo). Your room comes furnished with a twin bed and a desk. You'll be sharing the kitchen and bathroom with two male roommates—I’m an engineering PhD student in my final year, and the other roommate recently completed a PhD in Music. Both of us are quiet and friendly. We're ideally hoping to find another grad student to share the space.

Rent and utilities total $848 per month. Included amenities include an in-unit washer/dryer, hydro, heat, AC, and fiber optic internet. First and last month's rent are required. Read More
