Great condo space on Young street, down from Dundas square. Looking for a roommate that works well with me, is clean and likes to take care of the place. Will come fully furnished with a bed and kitchen amenities to share. Double sized bed space is... available with private closet with lock, a private washroom, and your own key. It is on top of college park, thus you can get to the subway underground, therefor no need to go out in the cold. It is 16 minutes away from ST George by TTC and a 24 min walk. Great area to be around as well, along side the fact that there are great stores right below such as Home sense, Ikea, a Gym and more shops + Cafes.
