The house is also close to OCAD University, downtown hospitals and Michael Garron, Metro Toronto University, and a subway ride from downtown or Scarborough U of T campuses.
The house has new modern appliances including dishwasher. The furnace, stove, and washing machine were replaced in 2025. The house includes large principal rooms and wide hallways. The large living/dining room has a working fireplace. There is 1 full 2nd floor bathroom plus a main floor powder room, and an unfinished basement with a washer and dryer. From the outdoor spaces, look out onto the park from a beautiful sunny front porch, or enjoy a sitting on the back deck overlooking the back yard. for more privacy, enjoy the sunny second-floor balcony. The house has been family owned for over 50 years by a Toronto artist and OCAD professor. It is now owned by his daughter, a teacher and her partner, a language examiner, who have 3 kids.
