BLOOR/HURON,SUMMER SUBLET, $1,575,FURNISHED,SUBWAY ACCESS,ROBARTS LIBRARY,FINANCIAL DISTRICT,SHOPPER

*Looking for a female tenant*

This is a furnished bedroom available for spring and summer subletting from May 1, 2025 to August 31, 2025. All utilities are included in the rent price, as well as wifi.
A briefing about the room and the home; it is...
raised seven feet above ground and conveniently located inside the University of Toronto. A few steps to the 24/7 Robarts Library. Right across is the graduate house and behind, is the 7 storey heritage building, now the UofT police station. The subway and streetcar are only steps away. The location definitely saves an incredible amount of travelling time and the expense of a monthly subway pass.

The home is mixed gender. The bedroom is located at the second floor with a bathroom shared with another female student.

I am looking for a female student at the University of Toronto or at universities such as the University of Western Ontario, Queen's/McMaster's University, University of Waterloo, etc. participating in a summer course or internship.

WhatsApp/Facetime virtual or in person tours are by appointment only. Please let me know if you have any questions.
