Bright and furnished room at Yonge-St. Clair.

South-facing room to rent in a house unit full of light. The apartment is on the main floor of a two-story house, and there are 3 bedrooms; one graduate student and one final year undergraduate student (male and female) are currently living here,... looking for one roommate. The neighbours (upstairs and in the basement) are nice and calm. There is a dishwasher, microwave, and oven, and the laundry is in the basement. The room is furnished (bed, night table, and desk), and it has a built-in wardrobe, but if you prefer it unfurnished that's possible too! The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and friendly. The subway station (St. Clair) is a 7-minute walk, and the bus is right across the street (it takes 3 minutes to get to the subway with the bus). There are grocery stores, restaurants, and other shops on Yonge (a 10 min-walk from home). Two big ravines are just around the corner, they are great for running and walking! The ravines are safe, and Evergreen Brickworks is 25 minutes away by foot. There is a great farmer's market on Saturdays! Cinema is 2 subway stations from home, and St. George campus is 25' by the subway (or you can bike or walk if you don't mind going back uphill). There's space in the garage to safely store your bike. A cat also lives in the apartment, Charlie, he is super cuddly, friendly, and clean, and he loves watching squirrels through the window. The kitchen, washroom, and living room are shared spaces (TV, board games, books).
