Bright Furnished Room in Leslieville

The room is bright with 3 large windows and is fully furnished. This includes a queen bed, a couch, a desk, a wardrobe and mini fridge. There is a private bathroom down the hall from the room that the tenant would have exclusive use of.
The room...
is in a house with a mom and her 2 children (12 and 10) and their medium dog (who is friendly and likes belly rubs). We have shared our space with many students over the years and enjoy their company, while also respecting their privacy. We are relatively quiet and have fairly busy lives. Interested tenant should like dogs. Space is peaceful and safe and private.
The tenant would share the kitchen and can have full use of dishes, pots and pans and appliances including the dishwasher. A washer and dryer is on the main floor and tenant has access to use. There is also wifi for prospective tenant to use.
There is a TTC stop right in front of the house. The Gerrard street car travels to UofT in around 25min.
There are grocery stores within walking distance, cafes and bars, a park across the street with a weekly farmers' market.
Leslieville is a nice area, safe and relatively quiet compared to the downtown area.
