Subletting a Cozy Room at Campus One – Perfect for UofT Students!

I’m looking for someone to sublet my room in a 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit at Campus One, right across the street from UofT. The location is amazing—just steps from Spadina and College...
, and super close to subway stations, streetcars, and all the best spots in downtown Toronto. The rental would take place during the Summer of 2025, preferably May1st through August 20th.

The room is fully furnished and part of a shared unit with a kitchen and two bathrooms. It’s cozy, clean, and really comfortable. The building is secure with 24/7 front desk staff, so you’ll always feel safe.

Campus One has great amenities like a gym, study lounges, games room, movie theatre, and a dining hall (with optional meal plans). Wi-Fi and all utilities are included, so you don’t have to worry about extra bills.

It’s a great place to live, especially if you're studying at UofT and want a fun, supportive student environment.
