Dear Room Hunter,

My home is located in the leafy neighbourhood of Summerhill in midtown Toronto, close to many museums, shops, restaurants, parks, and most importantly, 18 minutes walk from your life at the University of Toronto.
I have one charming second floor guest bedroom for rent. The room is fully furnished with bed, desk, closet, bedside tables, and natural fibre linens.

One room is currently available: The Red Bedroom.

Guests share a luxurious spa bathroom (loo, shower, cast-iron claw-foot bathtub, sink and bidet), and a two-piece powder room.

The second floor library has a television with cable, as well as many books in several languages. We get daily local newspapers and magazines, which you're invited to enjoy. WiFi is included and available throughout the house.

The pretty second floor laundry room (located on the same floor as the guest rooms) has a washer, dryer and sink. It also has a bar-fridge, toaster oven, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, china, glassware and cutlery, and a small table and chairs.
A fully equipped, eat-in, sunny kitchen is on the ground floor and you're invited to eat in the elegant, airy dining room.

We also welcome you to enjoy the verandah and the lush garden surrounding the house.

The house is professionally cleaned and maintained in winter months.

I speak both English and German and love a good conversation.
