Den Room in 1+1 Apartment Condominum

I am looking for a roommate to take the den room in this 1+1 apartment. My girlfriend and I stay in the other bedroom. We've been living here for almost 2 years, our current third roommate is moving out. This place is practically fully furnished,... with couch, island table, chairs and a large shelf. Plus! we have a whole bunch of appliances, like cleaning equipment and cooking stuff. We also can provide a mattress, desk chair and clothing hanger if needed (these are extra).

The condo has a really nice gym, a study area, and a patio.

The condo is pretty central to downtown it's a 5-minute walk from TMU and about a 15-minute walk to UofT. It is close to College Park station so a 3 min walk to the subway. Around 10 min walk to Eaton centre

There is a Loblaws, shoppers, metro, and jmart nearby, so not a far walk to get groceries.
