Feng Leun Gong Suo (One bedroom in a two bedroom unit)

Hello, I'm a U of T student and I am looking to rent out my room on the first floor of a house for the summer term (May 1st, 2025 - September 1st, 2025). I have been living in this residence for the past three years of my undergrad and the location... is very convenient. It is about a five minute walk to U of T St. George campus and a 10 minute walk to the nearest grocery store. The rent (720$) covers the internet, water, electricity and heating costs. A washer and a dryer is also located in the unit.

The place includes one private room, with a shared bathroom and kitchen. The room also contains simple furniture such as a table, a closet, two small drawers and a bed. The size of the single bedroom is (1233 ft). This does not include the size of the kitchen, washroom or living room.

The land lord has also installed a video surveillance camera on the front door to ensure the safety of all tenants. Furthermore, the landlord and my roommate are both very friendly and easy to talk to.
