The... unit is located close to University of Toronto Scarborough Campus and Centennial College’s Morningside Campus as well, both are approximately a 20 minute walk, or a 5 minute bus ride (there is a bus stop 95A East across the street for the bus that goes to those Campuses), directly across the street. There is also another bus route that takes you straight to the Kennedy subway station.

There is a 10 minute bus ride to the Food Basics grocery store.

There are also quite a few parks nearby, which are perfect for a little de-stress walk.

Included in the rent is weekly laundry and Wi-Fi.
