The building has UofT affiliated cafeteria, it's own laundry room(Shared by the entire building), the bedroom is furnished, with a full sized bed, a closet, a desk, a bedside table, and a large cabinet. All current roomates are really kind and nice, NO PETS ALLOWED

Gas/Electricity/Water etc.. fees are paid by landlord as long as the usages are reasonable

The building is located at College St X Spadina Ave, there is a 7/11 & Tim Hortons right across College St(Literally an one minute walk), and a Rexall & TNT Across Spadina Ave.
The Kengsinton Market & Chinatown is also near by(if u just turn left on spanida X college u'll be in chinatown WHICH again is like a one minute walk.)
Also located at the bottom-left of the university campus, I'm a math student and it's really close to most of my lecture rooms(5-10 minutes walk, probably the same for other math & sciences programs/majors too <- don't quote me, im not 100% sure)

Rent is $1995.00 per month.. due at the start(1st) of every month.
