Furnished bedroom in newly renovated house on quiet street

This is a fully furnished private bedroom in a recently renovated home on a quiet residential street in a safe neighbourhood within a 10 minute walk of two subway stations (we are midway between Main Street and Victoria Park).

house to UofT (St George) is 30 minutes by subway.
Very close to parks, nature trails and a short bus or bike ride to the Beaches.
The room is tastefully decorated and is furnished with a recently purchased double-sized bed and mattress, bedside table, wardrobe, desk, work chair, desk lamp and reading lamp.
We provide bedding (sheets and pillow cases, duvet, pillows) and towels.
Your room is in a three-bedroom unit, and as we rent only to single tenants you will be sharing the fully equipped kitchen and bathroom (with shower stall) with a maximum of two other people.
The home has central heating and A/C. Included in the rent: Electricity, water, gas, high-speed internet, basic cable service (for streaming to your own device).
There is a front-loading washer and dryer in the unit, which is free to use.
We provide soap, shampoo, laundry detergent, cleaning products, paper towel, toilet paper and kitchen essentials such as condiments.
The kitchen has a small table and chairs and is fully equipped with a six-burner stove/oven range, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, blender, utensils, glassware, etc.
All common areas are cleaned and sanitized by professional cleaners each week, and we keep the property and house in spotless condition.
The locks for the front door and all bedrooms are electronic with keypad entry codes.
The house is very secure, with motion detector security cameras and lighting on the exterior of the building, and the property manager lives on site.
For the comfort of all tenants, we rent only to single tenants, have a strict no-visitor rule and a quiet time policy from 10PM to 8AM.
The house is a 5 minute walk from Danforth Village plaza, with a Metro, Shopper's Drug Mart and LA Fitness Gym (**free one-week trial pass and special offers for our tenants!)
We are flexible on rental periods: From 1 month to 2 years, either on a month to month or annual rental agreement.
