Furnished Bedroom near Dundas Sq in 2bd 1ba apartment

Hello!
I am going to Montreal for the summer (May to August), and me and my roommate (21F) are looking for someone to sublet my room and help out with my share of the rent.
The apartment is at 251 Jarvis Street, it has a nice southfacing view of the...
city and a balcony, we share a dining room, a living room, a kitchen, a full washroom (with bathtub), and a large balcony. My room is furnished with a twin bed and a desk, and it has a spacious closet. It's a sizeable den that gets a lot of light from the (not see through) glass door. We also have access to a pool, a gym, a party room, and a locker.
The rent is 1150 CAD and utilities are usually 50-100/month
My roommate is LGBTQ+ friendly, organized, clean, and very patient. She would prefer I sublet my room to a woman or someone queer (tho not a dealbreaker), and someone who can at least keep the common spaces tidy.

I'm free on wednesdays, weekends and evenings to show the room to prospective tenants, and we can arrange a viewing on instagram mazenhaydarr or SMS (782-774-6889).
