Furnished Private Room in 4-Bedroom Unit | Campus One

Hey everyone! I’m offering a private room sublet available on the 16th floor of CampusOne Residence for Summer 2025. Located within walking distance of the University of Toronto, this accommodation is perfect for students. The apartment has four... bedrooms and two bathrooms, with a bathroom shared with just one other occupant.

Residents have access to a variety of amenities, including a free gym, activity rooms (including a dining hall), on-site laundry facilities, and kitchens on multiple floors. Plus, the residence offers a stunning view of the Toronto skyline and is conveniently located near 7-Eleven, Rexall Pharmacy, and Tim Hortons.

The rent is $1529/month, which includes both rent and an all-you-can-eat breakfast meal plan for the summer (meal plan alone costs $1300, so you're getting a great deal!). The actual rent is $2002, so I’m offering a significant discount as I’m leaving Toronto soon and need to finalize the sublet ASAP.

If you're interested, please DM me!

Thanks!
