Furnished room plus attached office in gracious Toronto Annex home.

I rent a room with light pouring in on the second floor of my gracious Annex home. I have had several successful University renters who have stayed for a year or more.

The unit is has a king-sized bed in the main room, and features an attached...
office with a built-in desk and also a large closet. The casement widows the desk overlooks open onto the garden below. It is a peaceful and private place to work.

The renter has access to the large kitchen, laundry, bathrooms, and garden. Parking is an option. The rent is $1000.00 a month, ideally staring in June or July, 2025. Duration of rental period is from three months to a year.

My ideal renter is a mature graduate student or faculty, who is self-sufficient and pleasant, as we will be sharing the common spaces in the house.

The best way to contact me is by text: 416-917-5342. I'll want references and first and last months rent.
