Furnished Two Bedroom Available for One Year

I'm looking for a reliable, trustworthy, quiet, and clean tenant to rent my condo for at least one year while I'm on sabbatical, beginning June 1, 2025 and ending July 31, 2026. The condo is on the 10th floor of a wonderful, very quiet building. It... has two small bedrooms, a living room, a separate dining area, and a galley kitchen. The condo includes a washer/dryer, microwave, and dishwasher. The building has a gym and is within walking distance of the subway, three supermarkets, restaurants, and a large park. It comes fully furnished and can accommodate two people. It is located in the Deer Park neighbourhood of Toronto, a quick bus/subway ride to the University of Toronto. All utilities/internet/renter's insurance are included in the price. Minimum 10 months rental.
