Harbord Haven

A one-of-a-kind, pristine, and private 1-bedroom, lower-level apartment with high ceilings, located in the Bickford Park neighbourhood between Little Italy and Bloor. Professor and his family lives upstairs.

This flawless, bright, modern space has...
an open-concept kitchen and living area with a separate bedroom, full bathroom, washer-dryer, Peloton, and a workspace with fast, reliable internet. Keyless entry opens into a sleek, new kitchen space with a breakfast counter, glass cooktop, toaster oven, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, and toaster oven. There is a quiet desk nook, one of several places to work in the apartment. Past the kitchen is the living room, with a couch, a comfy reading chair, a 58" Smart TV (with Netflix, etc.) and a Peloton. Beyond that is the bathroom with heated floor tiles and a tub/shower. The bedroom features a 4-foot high window, Queen bed, and full wall of closets and drawers. The apartment's ceiling height is mostly an airy 8 feet.

The entire space is exclusively yours. (Note that we will need brief access to the utility room once a month for routine service to furnace and water heater.)

We rent the apartment for single semesters and are open to both shorter stays (for faculty visiting the university for a limited time) and full academic year rentals.

Please contact by email. Strictly no pets due to allergies of other building occupants.
