Looking for Roommate Condo from mid-May to August at Richmond and Spadina

Looking for trustworthy, clean and respectful roommate for the summer only! Renting out den in a 1+1 apartment. Den is equipped with sliding door which does not lock. Utilities, laundry and highspeed fiber Internet included. Parking is available... separately (usually 150-200$ a month). Condo includes gym, billards room, outdoor barbeque/terrace and steam room (currently closed due to pandemic precautions).)
Condo is furnished with full kitchen. Room is furnished with desk, chair and twin size bed. Grocery store available on ground floor. Located in the heart of Toronto’s Fashion district, within walking distance of all outlets. Condo faces the north, has unobstructed far view with balcony. Prefer non-smoker but if you do smoke tobacco or marijuana must do at ground level.

Please do not inquire about moving in August/September listing, the room is not available!
