Available: Monday August 15, 2025 (or later - up to mid september - there's flexibility there) to June 2026 (leaving date is flexible/earlier is fine)

Charming top floor of 3 story house. Ideal for a single woman and that is... preferred as it is safe.
The unit is 2 rooms PLUS a bathroom and access to the deck.
Furnished including sheets, dishes, towels, yoga mat etc.
Includes wifi, hot water, all taxes etc.
The bathroom and shower is only for you.
There is an additional room for study with microwave, hot plate and small fridge.

Access to the house kitchen is possible. I am happy to do a video tour or to show you around when convenient.

Walking distance from U of T - 15 minutes and 5 min walk to Christie subway.

You are responsible for cleaning your unit and doing your own laundry etc..

This year I had a wonderful Master's student from the Monk School (from France) and last year I had a Nursing Phd student (from Brazil).

Very quiet house and no visitors after 10 pm. There is a cat in the house but he doesn't have access to the top floor.

to note:
- stairs to the top floor are a bit steep (see photo).
- Floor plan in photos (from the renovation so quite detailed but hopefully you can see)
- You could get street parking but you would need to pay for the permit but that is feasible.
- My son is away at University so I occassionally rent out his room while he is away . He is home during the holidays. He and I have our own bathroom.
