This is a great rental for an international student looking for that home away from home, a place where they can enjoy the comfortable privacy of their own room, in addition to the company of a Toronto family that has two older children. You also... have access to shared areas of the house, such as the dining room, living room, kitchen & bathrooms. Sesame allergy in the house, so this food cannot be cooked with or eaten here. We are also a scent free household.

The upstairs bedroom is $900/month and is fully furnished with a single bed, desk, chair, lamp, bookshelf and wardrobe. This cozy room faces south, getting lots of sun and facing into our backyard.

Laundry once/week, utilities & unlimited wi-fi are included. The house has AC. Non smokers only. There is a month to month rental agreement (no lease) with a two month minimum stay. First and last month's rent are required. A deposit of $500 is required to hold the room and will be applied to the first rent payment.

This rental is in a family home with a shared kitchen and bathroom. You would be renting a room in a shared house, and would be our housemate. This is not a separate apartment unit.

In this quiet neighbourhood you will live steps away from a public library, public transit, an amazing coffee shop, grocery store and the beautiful Cedarvale Ravine.

Over the years, we have met some amazing individuals and welcome kind and gentle people who are looking for home. Cup of tea? Our shared spaces provide opportunity to connect.
