You will be sharing the unit with a female tenant who has lived here since 2022. She is recent graduate from George Brown College and working as a professional baker. You will also share the house with the owner who lives here part time.
We have an occasional dinner together, but are mostly busy doing our own thing. Looking for someone who respects shared common areas, will do their part to keep the house clean and is easy-going and considerate of others.
The second floor has two tenant rooms, sharing a bathroom. The owner has a room in the basement, also with a bathroom.

Rent Control: Rent control and the RTA (Residential Tenancies Act) do not apply as you will be living with the owner.
Rental Terms: You will sign a lease agreement.
Additional info: House is fully furnished. Your room is on the 2nd floor with a double bed, large bookshelf, dressers and your own closet with lots of storage. Share the washroom with one other person. Air conditioning is available in the bedrooms during the summer. All bedrooms have locks for piece of mind.
Main floor has a living room/dining area, kitchen (incudes all dishes, microwave, stove, your own storage cupboard, dishwasher) and backyard with deck.
