Opus

A furnished room (sublet) on 12th floor of the Opus condo on Yonge-Dundas, an incredibly resourceful location. 5-min walk to the subway and street car station. 30-min walk to the U of T campus. 30-minute walk to Chinatown and 10-min walk to grocery... stores (Farmboy, Metro, Loblaws, etc.). Perfect for students & faculties looking for summer temporary housing near campus.

I offer a discounted rent for this sublet at $1000/month, while originally I paid $1740/month.

Spacious living room, distant bedrooms and excellent sound insulation for privacy. Full-set kitchen supplies with the usage negotiatable with my roommate (he's from Alberta and is really nice). Shared fridge & freezer with my roomate. Private closet & bathroom. En-suite washer and dryer. There's also a large dishwasher beneath the kitchen counter. Water, heat, and electricity bills are covered in the fixed rent and are paid by the landlord.
