1. Location: 111 Carlton St. Toronto, ON M5B 2G3 Parkside Student Residence (Although this is a dormitory for students, individuals who do not identify as students may also reside here.) 2. There is a streetcar (506) stop right in front, and the... College Station is located just a 5-minute walk away. 3. The rooms are private, but you will need to share the bathroom with a roommate. (For those who value privacy, there is a locking mechanism on the door, so you should not need to worry.) 4. Rental Conditions: Monthly Rent: $1565 + $2000 meal plan for 4 months (originally it was $3980) (It's negotiable) 5. If something is broken, the water won't drain, the toilet is clogged, you want to change the layout of your room, or need cleaning assistance, you can call a maintenance technician with just one QR code for free. (Staff are on standby at all times.) 6. The move-in date is negotiable. My contract runs until August 20, but if you wish, it is possible to extend it for another year through the residence. 7. room main facilities: Air conditioning, 1 closet, 4 storage boxes, desk, chair, bed, etc. 8. There are different studios on every floor (Study Lounge, Fitness Center, Game Room, etc.). You can also cook in the shared kitchen. 9. 24 hour security This is a very secure dormitory, so you can bring your guests in after checking in at the lobby. 10. Breakfast is served buffet style in the cafeteria from 7:00 am to 9:30 pm (menu changes daily). Lunch can be brought in by 9:30 am and dinner can be brought in if you ask the staff.
