**Price Drop! Summer sublet 1 furnished BR in 2-BR condo in beautiful tower (Entertainment District)

Looking for a quiet female roommate to share a 2-BR condo for a summer sublet (May 1 - September 1, 2025). The suite is ideal for a co-op or summer student.

The condo is in the 1-year-old NOBU Residences tower at 15 Mercer Street. The building is...
modern, bright and secure, with a 24/7 concierge and state-of-the-art gym.

This downtown location has a perfect Walkability Score and Rider's Score. You'll have easy access to the University of Toronto, Financial District, TMU, Union Station, Billy Bishop Airport, King Street, the CN tower, Chinatown, restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, loads of entertainment venues, and so much more!

The apartment is move-in ready for you. It's completely furnished including all furniture, cookware & dishes, appliances, TV, towels, bedding, cleaning supplies, etc. A washer/dryer is in the suite.

You'll share the living area and kitchen with one of the tenants (a female U of T student). Each gets their own bedroom and a full bathroom. The suite is clean and well-maintained.

Your bedroom is a junior bedroom with a comfy double Murphy bed (pull-down), a pull-out desk with shelves and a full closet. This room doesn't have its own outside window but it has two sliding glass walls for natural light and curtains to provide privacy.

Living here gives the best of both worlds: a lovely, secure home for studying or relaxing, plus a great location for making the most of what downtown Toronto has to offer in the summertime!

We're looking for a quiet, considerate person who's easy to get along with and will do their part to keep the place clean.

Rent is $1,400/month for the summer sublet (usual rent is $1,800!) including all utilities. Wi-fi is included. If you're interested, get in touch by e-mail or text for a viewing. This is a great place to live!

(Sorry, no pets, and no smoking/vaping in the suite.)

Requirements:
- Rent deposit and key deposit
- Proof of enrolment / employment
- Most recent paystubs (yours or your guarantors')
