Sublet - 1 Furnished Bedroom, 5 Minutes to UTSC, All Utilities Included & In Unit Laundry/Dryer

EMERGENCY SUBLET:
I am looking to sublet my room for the summer semester. The room is available around the end of May (flexible dates) till the end of August.
It’s a fully furnished room (desk, chair, bed and mattress, long bookshelf, waste bin,...
additional closet), and it’s on the main floor. The room also has a very big window and gets a lot of sunlight all day long.

The bathroom and kitchen is shared among the housemates. There are 2 fridges in unit and many cabinets, so plenty of food storage space. There’s laundry and dryer in the basement at no additional cost.

The house is on the Military Trail and very close to the UTSC campus (south). It takes only 5-8 minutes by walking to Highland Hall. There’s also a bus stop right next to the house.

All of the other housemates are female.

The rent is 800 dollars and all utilities are included.

My phone number is given, please text for more information and for in-person viewings. You can text anytime, and I will try my best to respond as soon as possible.
