It’s available from May 1st to August 30th, and it's ideal for UofT students and anyone looking to live in the city over the... summer—just a short walk from campus, downtown, and Spadina subway station. The neighbourhood’s quiet and friendly.

Room Details:
- Furnished with:
- Double bed
- Portable fan
- Air purifier
- Lamp + sunlight wake-up lamp
- Cabinets and open closet

The room stays temperature-neutral since it's underground, but I still recommend bringing a fan for airflow.
It's very dark at night, so great for anyone who likes blackout sleeping conditions.

Shared Spaces:
Access to kitchen, living room, and a bathroom with a tub and shower
Common areas are furnished with couches and bar chairs
There's also a small private balcony, perfect for reading or hanging out in the afternoon

Notes:
!!!This room leads to the laundry room, so you’ll need to be okay with someone coming
through about once a week or every two weeks to do laundry. It's not a coin laundry, and
since water is included the only cost will be in the electricity bill!!!
You'll have access to a private toilet, sink, and vanity inside the laundry room.
Electricity and Wi-Fi are not included—you’ll have to coordinate with the housemates about splitting costs.
